Cancellation Policy:

Cosmo & Company appreciates our guests, and we understand that life can be unpredictable.

Therefore, for all service reservations, our system requires a credit card on each client profile upon scheduling. If your reservation is not confirmed or is cancelled less than 24 hours prior, or if you do not show up for your service, you will be charged for the total value of services. Confirmation notifications are done via text &/or email. If you do not respond to these, a guest services coordinator will call you the day before your service to confirm, however if we don’t speak to you, cancellation policy will still apply. Please confirm your appointment to avoid being charged.

To ensure your best experience, we ask that you please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Guests who are 10 minutes late for any scheduled service will be asked to reduce steps in their service and charged for the service completed. Guests who are late 15 minutes or more that cannot be accommodated for even partial service will be charged 100% of the service value.

Note to guests who schedule online: Please double check your appointment date & time and if you need to make changes our system allows you to change or cancel if it’s done at least 24 hours before the appointment time. If it’s within the 24 hour cancellation window you will need to call us at 561.833.7411.
