What are your business hours?

Cosmo & Company offers services by appointment Tuesday through Saturday 9:00 am and 6:00 pm.  Walk-ins are welcome! Seasonal hours may vary, so follow us on Instagram @cosmoandcompany for updates!


What is your cancellation policy?

Cosmo & Company requires at least 24 hours’ notice for cancelling, rescheduling, or changing an appointment. Late cancelling/rescheduling after the 24-hour window may result in a service fee & the restriction of future appointments at Cosmo & Company.  If you are sick or have an emergency and need to late-cancel, please call or text 561.833.7411.


What if I’m late?

Please call or text to let us know that you are running late. If you are 10 minutes late, we may need to reduce steps in your service. If you are 15+ minutes late, we may need to reschedule to provide the service, and may need to pay a late fee. We will always do our best so that you are not inconvenienced.


What types of payment do you accept?

Cosmo & Company accepts payments from all major credit cards, debit cards and contactless payments, such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. We can also accept cash & checks but cannot provide cash back or gratuity on any payment (we do have an ATM onsite).


How can I buy hair products?

You can shop for hair & skin products, just call or text 561.833.7411 to check product availability in the salon during business hours.


What kind of deals and specials do you offer?

Like & follow on IG for seasonal deals and specials on services, haircare, skin care, events and more!


Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! You can pick up a gift card any time. We are also happy to mail a card to that special person. Cosmo & Company also offers eGift Cards, which are delivered to the gift recipient via email. The eGift Cards can be purchased online at cosmoandcompany.com/egift.


How do I make an appointment for a couple or a group?

Where can I park?

Cosmo & Company offers complimentary valet. We also offer car wash and detail, inquire at the valet stand. If valet isn’t your thing, feel free to self-park in our gated parking lot.


What is your return/refund policy?

Salon services are non-refundable. If you have questions, call 561.833.7411.

Products purchased in the salon can be returned within 30 days. Products should be unopened. Returns of opened products result in a store credit for the purchase price.

IS Clinical is 100% guaranteed.


What do your stylists' titles mean?

New Talent only offer services for which they have been fully trained.

Senior Stylists are experienced hairstylists.

Master Stylists are experienced hairstylists who are continually in high demand.


Can I bring my pet to my appointment?

Service animals are permitted in the salon, with the appropriate visible leash, harness, or documentation. Emotional Support animals must remain on the owner’s lap, or in a purse or closed bag. Exceptions only apply for service animals recognized by the Americans with Disability Act (ADA), such as “a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability.”


Can I book an appointment for my child to get their hair bleached or colored?

We offer children’s haircuts; however, we do not offer chemical services for children 11 years old and younger. An adult must always accompany a minor, 17 or younger.


Stylists Titles

New Talent are licensed Cosmetologists offering services for which they have been fully trained.

Junior Stylist are experienced at a minimum of 5 years of apprenticeship and training.

Senior Stylists are cosmetologists with 10+ years of experience and training.

Master Stylists are cosmetologists with over 15 years of experience & education who are continually in high demand.
