Guest Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY

No-shows and cancellations less than 24 hours will result in a charge of the service up to 100% of the service cost.

 

CHECK-IN

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time and enjoy a cup of tea and lemon water made with our prescription alkaline water (RX H20). Your best experience is our responsibility.

 

CELL PHONES

For your comfort and that of other guests, we ask that all cell phones are turned off or set to vibration. We are not responsible for any lost items.

 

GRATUITIES

Gratuities are appreciated, and of course, discretionary. Gratuities may be left in the form of cash or a check written out to the provider. Cash on card is not permitted. ATM is available on-premise.

REFUNDS

We apologize, no refunds will be issued for series or gift certificate purchases. Unopened home care must be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Store credit will be honored for open items or returns after 14 days of purchase.
