CANCELLATION POLICY - Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to appointment time or a full service fee is applied.

 

CHECK IN - Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time and enjoy a cup of your favorite organic herbal tea, lemon water made with our Prescription Alkaline Water (RX H20) and lunch for purchase in our cafè.

 

CELL PHONES - We kindly request that all cell phones are placed on vibrate or turned off for the duration of your visit.

 

GRATUITIES - Gratuities are appreciated, and of course, discretionary.
